Ceremony held at hotel

To have a beautiful ceremony, one does not have to bring in an abundance of rental items, but it is important to have the items measured for the room before arrival.
The arch on the stage was not able to fit in the corner as planned because of the ceiling height.
On the spot adjustments and changes were then made by the staff and bridal coordinator to make the arch and stage fit the room and reset the chairs for the ceremony. We were still able to create the setting requested by the bride and her family.

location. If a house of worship
is not an option, there are many
other choices of venues that
may be offered.

provide many options for
ceremony and reception
to be held in two separate
rooms. A number of trained staff
always provide a smooth
transition during the
event.

Wedding day preparation settings are always best if setting is calm and relaxed. The beautiful bride and her bridal party gathered at the hotel several hours before the ceremony to mingle, munch on snacks while each were receiving hair and make up services .
End result- happy, relaxed bride and wedding party.

The important of selecting the right vendors

Upon meeting with brides for the first time, I always try to stress the importance of selecting the right vendors for their special day, especially vendors who will be surrounding her on the wedding day. Particularly important vendors include: hair and make up artist, bridal consultant, videographer, photographer, and venue coordinators.

To keep the day as relaxing and stress free as possible, it's important to select vendors that are flexible, calm and have one's best interest in hand.

Of course, you want your baker, florist and other vendors to be your advocate, but they will not necessarily be around you on your big day.

I always share with my brides, when selecting vendors, go with the ones that feel right . You need to know they are listening to you and will truly be your advocate during this special time.

Destination Wedding Tips

Wedding weekend activities were all held on location at Rough Creek, along with wedding party and family accommodations.

Having most activities on site allows the wedding party and guests to fully enjoy the wedding location that has been selected.

When searching for a destination wedding location-first decide your guest list and most important guest you want to attend. Travel agencies are great resources to narrow down the options and locating best packages.

Try to keep in mind the distance, cost and the range of admenities for your guests.
